Fred Sirieix is a French Maître d’ best known for appearing on Channel 4’s First Dates. Sirieix was born and raised in Limoges, France and trained as a Maître d’ in a Michelin-starred restaurant in France before working at La Tante Claire in Chelsea, London. He is currently the general manager of Michelin-starred restaurant Galvin at Windows at the London Hilton.
In 2012 Sirieix founded National Waiters Day, where the aim is to change the perception of front of house and service roles as an unskilled job with long working hours to one that offers great skills.
